Chapter Sponsorship
ASID President's Letter 2024-2025
Hello! It is with great pleasure that I have this opportunity to introduce myself. I believe my personal philosophy can best express what you can expect of me this year going forward. “Architecture and interior design are not just a job. They are a responsible commitment in community service. As professionals we are building the future.”
And I firmly believe in ASID's mantra that Design Impacts Lives. I have lived and seen it first-hand. You have my promise I will serve you to the best of my ability, each designer, industry partner, student, supporters of our profession, and our chapter.
To that end, many of our incoming board recently attended the annual ASID National Gather Conference in Denver this past August. This event proved to be exciting with the introduction of a new transformative Five-Year Focus Plan containing three major Strategic Goals.
You will be learning about this in detail shortly as it is too exciting to wait! You can expect more one-on-one communication and more benefits to serve your needs. Don't miss out on learning what these benefits are, how to use them and get results. We will be reaching out to the outer areas to get everyone served and engaged and continue to make in-person visits to colleges and universities while adding high school students to the itinerary.
Our chapter will continue to provide design education, networking, and bringing our membership together with fun and engaging events. You can depend on having a rocking time at our next awards Gala. We look forward to your design entries and having our design community together to celebrate. The first premiere event is Colormix with Sherwin Williams supporting our designers and students alike. Always a fun and educational event for everyone.
As President for the Missouri West-Kansas Chapter it's my job to oversee the planning and execution of all these meetings, events, and social gatherings while working with CIDQ, IIDA, and the ASID Missouri East chapter to get the Practice and Title Act legislation that includes stamping rights passed in Missouri. After Missouri is passed, we will do the same for Kansas. This is an important step for our design profession and will fulfill one of our strategic goals.
It is our hope that we create a transformative change for you this coming year. I plan to connect with you individually be it by phone, email, or better yet in person. ASID has so much to offer all designers, industry partners and students. National has provided all chapters with the tools to make that happen.
I am looking forward to the coming year and seeing you! Reach out, I would love to hear from you.

National Sponsorship
Sponsorship opportunities are available on both the local and national level, and offer the ability to increase visibility through additional marketing, branding, special access, or deeper engagement with an audience. As a member of a Chapter, Industry Partners have the opportunity to be involved in their local design community – to network and connect with other members, participate in leadership, or elevate visibility as a chapter sponsor.
To augment local chapter efforts, we also offer sponsorship opportunities that align with ASID national platforms, programs and initiatives, providing you additional access to the ASID network through a variety of channels depending on your preferred exposure.
